What does r mean?r is predictive strength. A higher r means your hiring process does a better job identifying candidates who are likely to become stronger employees.

What is Δr?Δr is the improvement from your current process to the selected HireScore process. Example: current r 0.45 → HireScore r 0.70 = Δr of 0.25.
