Personality Assessment
The BVI assessment measures how well a candidate’s personality aligns with a specific role and your company culture. It generates a 1–100 Personality Fit score based on ten personality traits across five core dimensions—each weighted according to what matters most for that job. Because every role is different, the scoring adjusts accordingly—so a programmer isn’t evaluated the same way as a customer service rep. The result: deeper insight, better fit, and smarter hiring decisions.
Situational Judgment
Our Situational Judgment Test presents candidates with realistic, job-related scenarios and asks them to choose the best response. Each scenario has an ideal answer based on common-sense problem solving and alignment with your organization’s culture. SJTs are highly predictive of on-the-job success—nearly as accurate as structured interviews, but far easier to scale. We continuously track performance data to keep only the most predictive questions, helping you identify who’s truly interview-worthy.
Problem Solving
The Problem-Solving Inventory (PSI) assesses critical thinking across math, logic, mechanical reasoning, and more—tailored to the unique demands of your role. Developed by PhD-level Industrial Psychologists, each test can be taken remotely and includes optional proctoring features like screen recording and browser restrictions to help ensure test integrity. The PSI helps you identify high-potential candidates while keeping the process fair, secure, and scalable.
Outlook Inventory
The Outlook Inventory (OI) assesses key traits like safety awareness, teamwork, and motivation—crucial for roles where dependability matters most. Whether you're hiring operators, technicians, or other safety-sensitive positions, the OI helps you identify candidates who are more likely to follow protocols, support team goals, and stay committed on the job. It’s a targeted, time-efficient way to reduce risk and build a high-performing, reliable workforce.
Job Skills
Whether you're hiring a mechanical technician, a software engineer, a sales rep, or an AI specialist — success comes down to role-specific skills. Our job skills assessments are built to measure exactly what matters for the job at hand. From mechanical reasoning and systems thinking to sales aptitude and data literacy, we help you evaluate the core competencies that actually impact on-the-job performance.
Custom Assessment
Need to assess for something specific? Whether it’s hands-on work demonstrations, simulation exercises, a physical abilities test, AI-related competencies assessments, and more, our Ph.D.-level Industrial-Organizational Psychologists collaborate directly with your subject matter experts to design and validate fully customized assessments—built to measure exactly what success looks like in your roles.
