What is Find Candidates?
HireScore’s Find Candidates is a sourcing tool that lets you search pre-vetted, ranked candidates and invite them to apply to your open role. You only pay if a candidate expresses interest — not for browsing, searching, or sending invites
How does pricing work?
Simple. Transparent. You only pay $10 per interested candidate — when they click “Yes” on an email invite or apply through your HireScore job link.

How are candidates vetted and ranked?
‍Candidates in the HireScore database are pre-vetted on a range of attributes that help determine how well they may fit your role. Depending on how each candidate entered our system, they may have completed different levels of evaluation, which is reflected in their 0–100 ranking.

Candidates may be vetted through attributes such as:
- Job title & keywords match
- Location match
- Personality and behavioral fit indicators
- Situational judgment
- Problem-solving assessment
- Job-specific skill tests
- Outlook Inventory (for roles where safety, teamwork, and motivation matter)

What happens if no one responds to my invites?
You don’t pay anything. You’re only charged when a candidate actively clicks “Yes” in the email or applies via your HireScore job page.
