The beauty of Rezview is that it doesn’t require applicants to create a resume from scratch which can take many hours. It also has better information presented in a consistent format, so arbitrary information that is difficult to ignore, such as font selection, will not bias your judgment. Other views include Simple View (rank-ordered list of all applicants), Detail View (rank-ordered list of all applicants with all test scores), and Candidate Report View (all information available for a single applicant) allow you to look at your data from multiple perspectives, each with it’s own benefits.

HireScore Personality Assessment

The BVI is a nuanced assessment tool that evaluates how well a candidate's personality aligns with a specific job and your organization's culture. It provides a Personality Fit score between 1 and 100, offering detailed insights into how an applicant's personality traits correlate with job requirements. This personalized analysis goes beyond the surface, considering ten facets of personality across five major dimensions. All traits are weighted according to their relationship to the job with some being critical, some being moderately important, and some being nearly irrelevant. The zones and weightings change for each job based on the results of the job analysis. For instance, a programmer will be assessed and ranked differently compared to a customer service role.

Situational Judgement Test

The Situational Judgment Test (SJT) puts candidates in job-related situations and asks them to choose a response to each situation from a range of possible responses. One of the responses has been identified and confirmed as the optimal response option for the situation. Situational judgment test questions deal with common sense problem solving that is fitting to the organization’s culture. As with all of our measures, we track the predictive accuracy of SJT questions over time and retain the questions that are most predictive of job success. These tests are almost as accurate as structured interviews, but without the need for extensive internal resources, making them a practical and efficient tool in the recruitment process. In other words, they are an excellent tool for helping you decide which candidates are most worthy of an onsite interview.

The Problem-Solving Inventory (PSI) is an extensive suite of computer-based assessments designed to evaluate a range of general and specific problem-solving skills crucial for the job role. These assessments cover:
